truck drivers pass the torch
01Jul10
There’s nothing better than when an editor calls you and says, “Have I got a great story for you.” Indeed, interviewing driver-trainer Christine Stratton for this piece was a blast. She has a passion not only for driving, but for teaching the next generation of truckers. In the process, she’s cultivated a friendship that joyfully defies the conventional wisdom that rookies and veterans don’t get along. And what a thrill to have a woman driver on the cover of Road King!
